At Dime Cleaning Ltd, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we have a clear and transparent cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth process.
At Dime Cleaning Ltd, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we have a clear and transparent cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth process.
To cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable alternative time for your cleaning appointment.
There are no cancellation fees if you notify us within the required time frame. However, late cancellations will be subject to a fee to compensate our cleaners for their time and scheduling adjustments.
Cancellations 24 hours - 6 hours before the cleaners are due to arrive will be expected to pay 50% of the total price for the arranged clean.
Canellations less than 6 hours before the cleaners are due to arrive will be expected to pay 100% of the total price for the arranged clean.
